Seyva Solutions Inc. is a nonprofit organization founded to provide mothers in low-income communities all over the United States with access to parental benefits, doula support, and mental health services.
Our Mission
To improve postpartum health outcomes for mothers in underserved communities by expanding equitable access to maternity benefits, doula services, and mental health services in the United States.
Our Vision
We envision a world where all new mothers are empowered to prioritize healing physically, mentally, and emotionally during their postpartum recovery.

Our Team & Advisory Board
Subha Chaudhuri
Founder & President
Subha brings over two decades of experience in nonprofits and corporations across strategy, finance, human resources, and organizational development.
​
She has held leadership and advisory positions in national nonprofits, global consulting and investment banking institutions including Equal Opportunity School, Aon Hewitt, and Bank of America.
Subha is a member of the Forbes HR Council, has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology.

Karthik Narayan
Advisor
Karthik Narayan is a technology professional with over 20 years of experience across product management, business analytics, and marketing.
​
He is currently a Senior Director, Marketing at Chewy, leading their Customer Relations Management teams.
Prior to that, Karthik has held several leadership positions at Amazon and ZS Consulting.
​
Karthik has an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, a Master of Technology in Computer Science from the University of Colorado, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Mumbai University.

Gaurab Ghosh
Advisor
Gaurab Ghosh is a human resources leader with over 25 years of global expertise in Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Talent & Organization Consulting, IT Services & Outsourcing and Engineering sectors.
​
He is currently a Senior Director of Employee Compensation at JLL and has had various leadership roles in Discover Financial Services and Schneider Electrics prior to that. He also managed Aon’s compensation and benchmarking business for over a decade prior to that.
Gaurab has an MBA from Fore School of Management and is a member of the Executive Compensation Professional Network.
